Priceline Hotel: New York City - 9/17-9/21 - help bidding

I need to find a hotel in manhattan for 9/17 - 9/21. Hoping I can get a 4* or above for less than $250/night after fees.

Have been looking at midtown manhattan, time square, madison square garden areas.
