I believe the price per night in your prior San Francisco Priceline thread got cut off, if you could confirm it in that thread it would be greatly appreciated.

 

The 4* would be a possible match for the Clift. The 3* has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board - I'd guess a new amenity set for the Hotel Diva or Larkspur Union Square would be possibilities, but it may be something else.
