I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOT.WIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

We're looking for something nice, close to the beach and were undecided whether to stay near Newport Beach or more towards Santa Monica.

Booked the 3.5* star in Santa Monica and it was the Hotel Erwin. I used the HOTWIRE link provided by better bidding.
