Please note that the PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal I am reporting was for the Comfort Suites Portland Airport (not the Comfort Inn and Suites).  There are two different hotels!

I booked this DAY OF.  Regular rates were ridiculously high, and this is way more than I normally pay via Price.line for a 4-star, so I wasn't thrilled at the price, but it was the best I could do at the last minute. Booked this via Express Deal largely because I needed the Airport Shuttle.

The only ones I can remember are an 8.0 Guest Favorite, Free Shuttle, Internet, Breakfast and free parking.  There were others listed, but the two that were important to me was the 8.0 and the free shuttle.
