ftutunjian
I'm trying to book a 4* hotel thru hotwire for August 8-10 in La Jolla. Hotwire is listing a 4* hotel for $156/night with Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Internet Access, Tennis Nearby. They also state "Book Soon! The last person got the Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa." I doubt the statement because I've been trying to book the Estancia for that weekend and they are sold out. Also, there is no spa listed on the Amenities. Any thoughts on which hotel it might be? Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! The "Last person got___" info shown by HOTWIRE is in reference to the last purchase in the zone at the same star level... not necessarily the specific hotel currently being offered for your dates. For the property above, I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links. If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above? Using this method this is the amenity set i'm seeing for this offer: Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Tennis Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ... if this is what you're seeing, my best guess for this one would be the Hyatt Regency La Jolla (with a less likely, but still possible, guess of the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines) Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
