Thanks for all the help.  Looks like they both want beach side instead of Downtown.  Can I beg your assistance one last time for the following ID.  Also open to any suggestions.  I would like to stay at 4 star level/Beach

Best guess for the Condado property above would be the Hilton Condado Plaza.

Note that most beachfront hotels in the Condado are small man made beaches and the 'real' beach is in the Isla Verde zone.

Also, note that the El Convento (assuming our guess for the previous property above is correct) offers guests access to their Beach Club... but i believe transportation there is on your own dime (which via taxi would add up quickly if going daily... but for the adventurous a public bus likely goes nearby and would take longer, but be relatively inexpensive)
