My top three areas are Chelsea, HK, Midtown East and West. I was wondering whether if this is possible and what steps I must take in order to get a good price. At current rates i don't think $120 is likely going to succeed in any of the zones you have listed... a 3.5* or better in one of these zones will more likely be in the $130-$150 range... if you're willing to expand your location to include Downtown something in the $115-$135 area may be possible.
