it shows the price is 38% off and the normal price is 380$,and the last one get Hyatt Times Square New York Hotel

 

i am quite satisfy if the result turn out to be Hyatt Times Square New York Hotel,but i got Row NYC instead

 

i think  "the price is 38% off and the normal price is 380$" is not right for Row NYC .

 

it really feel low about the result , because we really don't want the Row NYC

 

how can  i  ask Hotwire to cancel the reservation or change the hotel to Hyatt Times Square New York Hotel?

Sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the result. :(   Unfortunately, the "last person got...." hotel message on the listing is not necessarily the underlying hotel for the listing showing. It is the last hotel that someone got at that star rating in that zone.

i see a deal that is $165 for the same condition several days ago ,

and my wife  does not like the result a lot ,and don't want to stay in ROW NYC bad luck

i would be more careful next time :(

Same thing , HOTWIRE hotel cost $416 , discount $236 . Got the row , went to the row website got the room for $179 , called hotwire I got a $62 refund
