I started bidding on a 5-star hotel at $135 and then a 4.5-star hotel at $135 in Downtown Portland. I then decided to bid for a cheaper 4-star hotel, so I dropped to 4 stars and bid $90. That was rejected, so I increased it to $95, and it was accepted. It is currently ranked #22 of 132 hotels in Portland on tripadvisor. The cheapest online rate I saw for The Westin Portland was $169.
