Priceline Hotel: Help identify 4* in Coral Gables-Coconut Grove area for $85 a night

It's a Priceline Express deal for the night of 4/19.

Guaranteed Amenities:

Outdoor Swimming Pool
Pets Allowed
Restaurant
Business Center
Fitness Center

 

Based on this info my guess is either the Hyatt or Mayfair. If it's the Hyatt I'd take it, but we are not interested in the Mayfair based on lackluster reviews on TripAdvisor. There's also a Hotwire 4 star in the same area for $97 a night, which I am confident is the Hyatt because of the amenities and the TripAdvisor star rating. I would just get it on Hotwire, but I want to make sure this one isn't the Hyatt for cheaper.

The Mayfair currently has a user review rating of 7.8 which does not meet the 8.0 threshold that PRICELINE EXPRESS shows for this current offer.
