Do you think this could be the Hyatt Regency or Grand Hyatt DFW?

I would prefer the Grand Hyatt as its in the terminal, is there a way to distinguish between the two on Hotwire?

For the HOTWIRE property, the Hyatt Regency is not 4.5/5.0 TA rating, so the Grand Hyatt would be the better guess for this one.

For the PRICELINE EXPRESS, property, my guess would be the Hyatt Regency (with a less likely chance of the Hilton DFW Lakes.

Hyatt Regency

I was hoping for the Grand Hyatt as its in the terminal, oh well... I just went off the 4.5 rating, when I went back in to search the rate and amenities again it now comes up with 50% off $62 4* DFW North "stiłl gathering reviews". Earlier today there was a 4* DFW North for either $78 or $87 maybe that was the Grand Hyatt? I just thought the price had gone up

Sorry to see you didn't receive the hotel you were hoping for.

If you checked the 4.5/5.0 TA rating before your purchase, i think you can contact HOTWIRE about this one since the current TA rating of the Hyatt Regency is 4.0/5.0, so this one doesn't live up to the user reviews as shown before your purchase.

I had sent an initial email to which their email response (below) is generic. I followed up this email with your notes about checking the rating before purchase and including a screenshot of the $62 rate with 4.5/5 TA rating (which is not addressed here):

The latest reply - I think hotwire has misunderstood the situation

After 5 emails each saying a slightly different thing, dancing around the issue, saying its a four star hotel but not directly addressing the issue of the 4/5 TA rating. Yes its four star but does not have a 4.5/5 TA rating. when I called customer service they now requested I fax a copy of the screenshots (which was never mentioned in any email)for the research department to review, saying they would not be able to see my emailed screenshots. After faxing I received an email stating I would not receive a refund as the screenshot taken was not for my booking. The screen shot was taken just after I made my booking when I discovered the problem and searched the exact same offering, I didn't take a screen shot of my booking as I didn't know it would be an issue. Hotwire is trying to find any excuse not to consider this.
