Please advice on startegy for bidding in priceline.

dates: 27/5-30/5.

would like a central area - USE/USW (someplace safe and close to transportation)

price= 100$ (if not reasonable, let me know what you think is better).

$100 is unfortunately not going to be enough for a 3.5* or higher for these date/s in central San Francisco - a 3.5* is likely going to take more towards the $120-135 range, and possibly higher. A 3* MAY be possible within your budget in terms of PRICELINE bidding - HOTWIRE has a 3* that gets mixed reviews, but does offer free breakfast in USE for $86.

received the adagio with priceline at 100$, pretty satisfied reviews are good for the hotel.
