My girlfriend and I are not huge bar goers, but we'd like to visit the downtown area a few times at night to see some nightlife.We are more of the touristy, see all the "typical" attractions during the day. We are having difficulty picking a location to stay. While downtown locations are $200+, we'd like something a bit more affordable due to the length of stay.We'd prefer not renting a car (if it's a must, no biggie), so we'd like to use shuttles/buses/taxi's, etc., if need be to get to the attractions.Is the downtown district our best bet or is there somewhere nearby that would be just as good?Thanks!!
