Any ideas of what might get accepted for these same dates? Preferably I would like to stay on the beach but not if we get up well over $200 a night. Link to comment
thereuare
Please change the drop down menu on the top right of HOTWIRE's page to United States and the currency drop down to US Dollars. Then continue to search HOTWIRE and post to the board in US Dollars so that rates are consistent and not subject to interpretation due to future currency fluctuation. Once you're ready to purchase simply change the drop down menu to whatever currency you'd like to use and complete your purchase. What is the price of the hotel above in US Dollars as it appears on HOTWIRE using the 'United States' drop down menu? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. thereuare
The Outrigger Luana Waikiki has previously been seen with this amenity set so that would be my best guess for this one.To be successful at a 4* or better hotel in this zone at the current time i think will take someplace between $185-$205. However, there are non-refundable options available thru MAPS and HOTELS.com at ~$215-$230 so an 'opaque' purchase at $185-$205 may not be enough of a discount for an 'unknown' hotel. While it may not be perfect for your needs, how about booking the Waikiki Parc for the refundable rate of $214/nite (they have a $193/nite rate but it's non-refundable). This protects you should rates for these dates rise from here, yet also gives you the flexibility to continue to bid on PRICELINE / HOTWIRE in hopes of lower rates in the weeks ahead. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Your thoughts? thereuare
Thank you for closing this thread. Researching hotels can be a time consuming process, please only ask for hotels when your plans are firm and that are currently within your budget, as the hotels currently offered may never come down in price OR may not be the ones that are offered once you're ready to commit to your purchase. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Thanks.
