This isn't how PRICELINE works...

The win you're seeing is not necessarily (and likely not) for your same dates of travel, and as rates are date specific, rates for your own dates will likely be different than the win you're seeing. As well, when you bid on PRICELINE you are bidding on any hotel in the zone at the star rating (or higher) that you select... there is no way to target a hotel with certain amenities or the specific hotel above that another user has previously won.
