Birmingham Hotel Riverchase - Vestavia Hills - Pelham area hotel

I was searching Hotwire for a hotel in Birmingham, AL in the Riverchase - Vestavia Hills - Pelham area hotel area. Results were:

3 star at $58 a night
3.5 star at $68 a night
2 star at $45 a night

Any ideas on what these could be? I was hoping to find The Hampton Inn. Other hotels in the area are Hyatt Place, Embassy Suites, Holiday Inn, and the Wynfrey.
