I know I'm bidding low, but wanted to see if I could get a super deal. Have received under $80/night in the area in the past (Hyatt, Palmer House), but these bids failed:

Started with NMA-River North & Hyde Park: $55

+ Millenium/Loop/Grant: $60

+ Skokie-Niles-Evanston: $65

+ Midway Airport Area (MDW): $70

At the moment rates are somewhat high for these dates and i'm guessing it will take nearly double your current bids to land a 4* property.

I added Midway North at $75 and it also got rejected. Will bid again when I'm ready to spend $120+.

Rates on HOTWIRE - as a comparison - are definitely on the high side. If you're driving, there are cheaper suburban options (I'm guessing you're looking at $50-60 for a 3.5*/4* in the North burbs), but it becomes then taking the train or driving in.
