New PM Features on the board

In the past users received a pop-up message when they received a new PM (private message) on the board.

Although not the intention, pop-up blockers designed to block advertisements (of which there are none on this board), would prevent these wanted messages from appearing as well, and many users never knew that they had received a new private message.

We have now integrated the PM system into the board and when you now have a new PM a condensed version will be shown at the top of the board (click another link to read the entire message) and a chime will be played.
