Started at $40 rejected - increased by $1 and adding new area until accepted at $45. At $41 was offered $56 but declined that deal as I have always found there is still alot of wiggle room in the deal as I found here.

Nice hotel and nice area - lots of good places to eat close. It's football time so we will be back several times.

Three day total $160.35 - about $53 a night. A GOOD DEAL!
