Used BB's PRICELINE link. Bid $135 for 4* in Hollywood on Saturday, 6/18/11 to 6/19/11, got counter offer to increase bid to $150. Instead I added free zones and continued rebidding upwards in small increments (as I approached the $140 to $145 ranges I got counter-offers to rebid $160 and $165) until finally rebidding $150 which was then accepted. I would like to avoid driving to attend an event in the Hollywood Renaissance Hotel that evening, so hopefully the Hollywood Roosevelt is walking distance to that hotel and also convenient to the Hollywood+Highland metrolink station. If so, I'll be very satisfied!

The Roosevelt is right across from the Hollywood/Highland subway and it's a very short walk to the Renaissance. Nice job, good price, fun hotel.
