Many tries playing around with the Jersey City and the Secaucus - North Bergen areas. My offers varied from 70$ to 85$ (except my last bid of course) and I went down to 3*

My winning bid was 90$ for Jersey City + Secaucus North Bergen, 3* and 90$.

And the Hyatt is the result.
