I'm staying in Orlando from Feb-25 March 5 and I need some help trying to ID this hotel 4 Star 4 traveler Rating also near universal, free theme park shuttle, amenities swimming pool, high speed internet. I'm guessing it's the Rosen Plaza but not sure since it says on Travelocity that for those dates it isnt available any help? Thanks

While we do keep track of the few Travelocity Top Secret hotels that have been reported to the board, this property, nor one in this zone with just these two amenities, has not yet been reported. If you go direct to the Rosen Plaza website do you see any availability for these dates?

I went directly to the Rosen Plaza and it says the are no rooms availbale for those dates. Im just looking for a nice hotel in the International Drive area

We have seen hotels won thru opaque services when the hotel's own website was showing a sold-out condition, but this is much more the exception then the rule and the fact that there is no availability at the hotel website greatly diminishes the chances of receiving this property.

It comes down to if you can trust Travelocity's star rating and user review rating. While not perfect, PRICELINE generally has the 'truest' star rating assignment among the opaque providers.

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
