Thanks so much for your help. I would not be interested in the Karma Sanctum Hotel because of the complaints about noise beginning at 4 AM. The Sheraton Grand Park would be a definite possibility. FYI, I am NOT searching for more than 2 adults and my dates are correct: March 3 - March 8. I am still seeing the 4* listing – It now says the last person received the Novotel Waterloo. I bid $75 and was rejected. Bid $80 the next day and it was accepted. ($94.75 total with fees & taxes)

I bid $124/nt for a 5 star hotel in this zone. FYI, there was no option of bidding for a 4-1/2 star property in this zone. When that bid was rejected I opted for the 4-1/2 star PRICELINE EXPRESS at $104/nt -- hoping for the Nh Barbizon Palace-- and that's what I got. Thanks so much for your help! Much appreciated.

Additional amenities are: accessible bathroom; accessible parking; roll-in shower The price went down $2.00/nt after I booked it. But it still feels like a great value with that location, and the free parking & breakfast.
