  1. Started with 55 USD an the Area Kent and added Seattle Downtown and increased by 5 USD to 60 USD and won this hotel. Hope it will be a good choice.
  2. Hi BetterBidding Members, I am trying to use Hotwire for the first time and found an interesting hotel in Seattle. May some one of you can help me to identify this hotel: Stay would be from the 09 May to the 11 May and price would be 84 USD per night. 3-star Hotel in Downtown Seattle Center - Space Needle This Hotel features the following amenities: Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Business Center Laundry Facilities (self-service) High-Speed Internet Access Kitchenette Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower Thanks in advance for your help. P.S. I also looking for some hints for parking Seattle Downtown.
  3. Won this after adding ATL North and increasing the bid from 48 USD to 50 USD. :D
  4. Won this hotel for our "Pacific Coastal Tour"... Bid up to 67 USD some days ago for the both area Victoria and Langford and tried today again with 72 USD and won!
  5. Won this Hotel for our Trip "Along the Pacific Coast"... Started some days and bid up to 88 USD... Today I started with 75 USD and won this Hotel.
  6. We tried several days to get a reasonable price for a four star hotel in Singapore. In August and September we already bid more than 120$ w/o any success. So we started the strategy to rebid every week the same pattern starting by 90$ on a Monday and increasing price by zone over the days of a week. Today we made it. Today we tried with a starting price of 110$ and the Riverside Area only. No success Added East Cost and increase the bid to 113$. No success Added Financial District and increase to bid to 115$. And won the Holiday Inn Atrium. Summary of Charges Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Guests Per Room: 2 Number of Nights: 3 Room Subtotal: $345.00 (USD) Taxes and Fees: $72.66 (USD) Total Room Cost: $417.66 (USD) I think we made a quite good price and we are looking forward to go to Singapore.
  7. Tried over several days to get a hotel in the Riverside - Silom Area wihtout success as I was keen to get the Millenium Hilton. Bid up to 84 USD. Overnight I received a bonus cash and bid 90 USD without any success and add the area of Siam Square to avoid that the bonus cash will expire and won the 5* Star Amari Watergate Hotel. For me its a little bit dissapointing, as Tripadivor and most other websites are talking about a 4* hotel and the high price, compared to the other wins which has been made to the hotel. However with the bonus cash the total price be decreased by 30 USD. I already contact the priceline service desk and ask if I can change / cancel may reservation without any success. May some one of you have hint for me what I can do... Room Cost (avg. per room, per night): $93.00 (USD) Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Guests Per Room: 2 Number of Nights: 3 Room Subtotal: $279.00 (USD) Taxes and Fees: $57.42 (USD) Total Room Cost: $336.42 (USD)
  8. Hi, today we found our last hotel for our vacation trip to Florida. We started with 42 $ for a three star hotel in Downtown Fort Lauderdale - rejeceted We added some areas around downtown and ended by 54$. I think this a pretty good price for the Courtyard.
  9. Dear all, this is my first entry. Hope it will help you. :) Try to get the Shula's Hotel for 65 $ as a friend of mine got this bid for November. But it doesn't work for us. So I started to to add some areas to my 3,5 * requested and ended at the Marriott Resort which is a four star hotel. I think this is a nice price as we pay 91$ with tax and fees.
