We stayed here 29th July on a Priceline bid of $49. Located to the northwest of town, about a mile from where Bus 40 and I 40 split this is a convenient stop on the endless slog along the interstate. The property is relatively new and set back about 200 yards from the highway surrounded by lawns; there is no noticeable road noise.
Checkin was smooth and friendly and the staff generally were helpful and smiling. Our room was spacious and clean and, on an afternoon when the temperature was over 100, the A/C was really efficient.
Overall my wife and I thought this was one of those hotels where the total exceeded the sum of the parts and we would be very happy to stay there again.
