  2. Hi, welcome back! My best guess for this HOTWIRE property would be the Sheraton New Orleans... I can't rule out the W French Quarter from the possibilities, but I believe the Sheraton is the more likely of the two. Does this work for your needs? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or how we can be of further help.
  3. Glad you found something that works for your needs... and that we helped keep you out of a property that you may have been disappointed with. Thanks for closing this thread with your decision, have a great stay!

    Need Help

Fairly certain this is the Cosmopolitan... but also fairly certain there is no airport shuttle offered by this property if you were counting on this amenity (i'm not aware of any 5 star properties in this part of the strip that offer a complimentary airport shuttle) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.
  5. Welcome back, of course we're still here!🙂 Most of the HOTWIRE process has been automated thru our sister site RevealHotels.com... have you checked their for a match? If RH doesn't reveal the hotel, or you'd like us to have a look for confirmation, let us know the dates/details of the offer and we'll investigate.
  6. Georgekip, Welcome to BetterBidding! Please start a NEW TOPIC in the Hotwire Hawaii section of the board and we will be happy to assist you there. In your new post please include the dates of your stay, expected budget (per nite before fees/taxes), and anything special that you're looking for in a hotel for this trip and we will try to help.
  7. So we can make sure we're looking at the same listing, this is a HOTWIRE listing (and not a PRICELINE EXPRESS offer)? Are you searching for something other than the default 1room/2adults/0children? What is the room rate per nite and amenities (if any) associated with this property? The full zone name is 'Hotel Zone - Convention Center area'? Let us know the above and we will have a closer look at the offer.
  8. Glad you're satisfied with the result, even if not the one you were expecting. Seems like a good value for Xmas time in NYC and I can usually put up with just about anything for one nite (if i have to). Thanks again, have a great trip.
  9. Thanks for the follow-up and closing this thread with your decision. Hope you enjoyed your time in NYC.
  10. Hey blkjck1, Good to see you around and glad to see you landed the hotel you were hoping for! Hope you have a great time in NYC (and let me know if you need a hand with anything, although i seem to recall you know the area pretty well) Thanks for using the board PRICELINE link.🙂
  11. Glad you found something refundable that works for your needs. As you get closer to your trip you may want to have another look to see if: a.) rates are lower than they currently are making the savings more worthwhile b.) a different hotel becomes available that offers an even better value Thanks for the follow-up and if we don't revisit this trip again, have a great time in Hawaii.
  12. Thanks for the info, these are my thoughts (feel free to ask questions or fine tune your own thoughts)... People do love the Cosmopolitan and it has a great center-strip location and it's a bit of a 'scene' (which can be a positive or negative depending upon your age and what you're looking for out of this trip). If you're willing to split the stay you could get 11/8-11/10: Cosmpolitan for $100/nite thru PRICELINE / ExpressGuess.com or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas for $131/nite (HOTWIRE / RevealHotels.com ) Since you're spending your average nightly budget for Wed-Fri nites you're going to have to 'give' something for Friday nite... either budget, quality, or location. For the solo nite of 11/10-11/11: PRICELINE has what looks to be Mandalay Bay for $129/nite or Delano for $149/nite (these are before taxes/resort fees so you'll like be close to $200 all-in with either)... both of these are at the very south end of the Strip (not sure if you have a car or not or if you would use this one nite to check-out late of your Wed-Fri hotel and then spend Sat at this end of the strip (although not much down here 'to see' unless never been to Vegas and are hotel hopping to see the Luxor pyramid, Excalibur Castle, etc, etc... although it is close to Allegiant (Raiders) Stadium if that happens to be in your plans. For this solo nite HOTWIRE also has The Mirage (now Hard Rock) for $183/nite but you're... Hotiwre check-out is doubling the resort fee so i can't be certain if your all-in would be $228 or $272; although my guess (unfortunately) is that you would likely end up arguing with the front desk and/or hotiwre as to whether the resort fee had already been paid and not likely how you want to spend your vacation time or your re-entry into the 'real world' when you get back from Vegas; but it is an option if you don't like the Mandalay Bay / Delano options and are pretty good on the phone pleading your case and getting your way. Those are my thoughts and what i see as the best option(s). Let us know what you decide and if you have any trouble locating the hotels above... or your thoughts on these properties and we can try to zero in on what will work best for your needs. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. EDIT TO ADD: if splitting the trip is not an option, for 11/8-11/11 i'm seeing Conrad by Hilton at Resorts World (new property, nice hotel, bit of 'nickel + diming' goes on with an entertainment tax added to a lot of restaurant/bar tabs)... $176/nite but after taxes/fees/resort this comes to about $270/nite all-in; but you don't have to change hotels during the trip, so now you have something to weigh the previous split stay against to see how much the 'inconvenience' of changing hotels is worth. Cosmopolitan is also available for complete stay at $207/nite (PRICELINE EXPRESS) but this gets you to about $250/nite all-in after all fees/taxes.
  13. Best guess for the 3 star $57 hotel (Free Wi-Fi, Disabled Facilities, Pets Allowed, Non-Smoking Rooms) is the Appart'City Classic Nimes Our guess for the 3 star at $61/nite with Free Wi-Fi, Business Center, Disabled Facilities, Free Parking, Pets Allowed, Non-Smoking rooms is the Kyriad Nimes Ouest A9. You didn't ask about the 3 star for $63 with Plunge pool, Restaurant(s), Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Pets allowed, Wheelchair accessible... but if interested in this one i believe it is the The Originals City, Hôtel Nîmes Costières, Ex Inter Hôtel Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or how we can be of further help.

  15. Hi, sorry you're having issues with the site. I just tried your Boston search and the Hotwire Research tab was working for me (reveals ~90% of hotels), is it still not working for you? If not, have you tried the same search thru RevealHotels.com? Is there a specific hotel that you're looking for or one of the unidentified properties that you were trying to identify as i can try to have a look? I have replicated the Boston Hotwire Hotel List issue and will dig into it over the weekend; thank you for letting us know.
  16. Wyotraveler, Thanks for the post and data point. Deals are still out there... but there no longer a 'lay-up' where you can get a deal on every stay. Nice job using search for all your options and going with the best offer. Have a great trip.

  22. RevealHotels and the Hotwire tab are working again (a different issue than the other day, but over the weekend i'll look for a more permanent solution) Not sure why the other thread is showing 'locked' for you as it appears 'normal' for me, but you can just continue the thread here and once resolved i'll merge everything (and move to the New York section of the board).
  23. So we can try to replicate this offer, are you filtering for any zones and/or star ratings or looking at the offers in the 'default' view? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin y
  24. Welcome to BetterBidding! Please try Reveal Hotels.com again now... should be working again. Let us know if resolved or if you're still having an issue. As for 1of3Guarantee Pricebreaker Hotels, unfortunately that one is going to take a bit longer to fix. However, i see you made a post about a specific hotel so i'll go have a look and see if we can identify it manually.
